Pissmail.com is a privacy-focused mail service hosted entirely in Germany. All user data is protected under:
-The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
-The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
-Other applicable German and EU laws
No user data will be shared without a valid and binding legal order issued through appropriate German authorities.
Legal Requests Must Go Through German Authorities:
Pissmail.com does not accept legal requests directly from foreign entities or law enforcement outside of Germany.
-EU requests must be submitted via a valid European Investigation Order (EIO)
-Non-EU requests (e.g. from the US, UK, etc.) must be made via an MLAT and processed through the German government
-German requests must originate from a court, public prosecutor, or similar authority
How to Contact Us:
We provide an email-only point of contact for legal coordination. No data will be disclosed via this email address, and physical service of documents is not accepted.

Data We Will Not Disclose Without Legal Order:
-Account confirmation or ownership
-Email content or metadata
-IP addresses, access logs, or mail logs
-Any voluntary data cooperation with foreign authorities
Preservation Requests:
If contacted by a recognized legal authority, Pissmail.com may voluntarily preserve relevant user data for up to 90 days pending proper legal process. Preservation alone does not imply data will be disclosed.
User Notification:
Unless legally prohibited, users may be notified of any legal request involving their account.
